Our story is our journey from tonnes to grams.
Our journey began in 2014 where we first sipped speciality coffee. Gradually we developed a taste for it and there was no going back. In 2019 we opened our cafe (The Farm Coffee Bar) and received immense love from caffeinators. With this passion, we built gram, a coffee roasting house in 2022 to unfold our love further.
We at the Gram are sincere about what we do. Since the beginning our curiosity about coffee has only increased. We thrive to get a deeper knowledge of coffee and are persistently learning to understand it better.
Our mission is to build a coffee culture where a farmer’s hard-work is appreciated, a roaster’s science is acknowledged and a brewer’s cup is loved.
Our vision is to serve the highest form of roasted coffee globally.
Gram is established upon four core beliefs; Transparency, Responsibility, Innovation & Sustainability.
Roasting is an art to develop the bean to its purest and most flavourful form.
Research & Development drives us here at the gram. Everyday our team work towards understanding the bean more and are constantly learning. This bean has now become our world.
