Claus Gramstrup is a specialist in Design & Brand Management and Service Design, and has extensive experience in user-involvement as a method. This includes the development and teaching of management tools for analysis, development, execution and maintenance of design solutions, irrespective of whether these are tangible or intangible. Claus has more than 35 years of experience with design and branding, including 15 years with his own agency. Claus is a member of Danish Design Association’s “experience exchange” groups i.e. "Design Processes as a Product " and ”Co-Creation Task Force".
