This facilitates them to serve their customers in better and more contemporary manner & also provides them tools for easy Inventory Management, customer behaviour understanding and their purchase pattern. Even in large cities, small stores always have loyal base of customers despite the ubiquity of larger Ecomm players. This platform will help these stores to refrain their customers moving to online competition and can offer similar e-com experience along with personal touch of assurity. Small towns, where there is almost zero competition for these shops, can use this technology to offer e-commerce experience to their customers and at the same use the technology for better business management.
Our platform has not only received acceptance in larger cities like Mumbai, but also in suburbs and lower tier cities where consumers and owner of kirana store are very comfortable using the platform. Our model has been well received by various segments of society as well as Retailers from Fruit vendors to typical Kirana Stores. Large residential societies who came onboard started using the platform to do community purchase in bulk and realise economies of scale.
