Nel 2011, Ivano Astesana trasforma una grande visione in realtà fondando un birrificio con profonde radici territoriali, scegliendo il nome "Granda" in onore della provincia di Cuneo. L'anno successivo, nel 2012, apre la taproom a Saluzzo, segnando l'inizio di una crescita costante. La squadra si allarga, aumentano gli ettari coltivati a orzo e l’attrezzatura diventa più moderna. La distribuzione si espande oltre i confini italiani. Oggi, nel 2024, il birrificio ha una squadra di 10 persone, con una produzione annua di circa 5.500 ettolitri, distribuiti in Italia e nei principali mercati internazionali.
In 2011, Ivano Astesana turned a bold vision into reality by founding a brewery with deep territorial roots, naming it "Granda" in honor of the province of Cuneo. The following year, in 2012, he opened the taproom in Saluzzo, marking the beginning of steady growth. The team expanded, more hectares of barley were cultivated, and the equipment became more modern. Distribution reached beyond Italy's borders. Today, in 2024, the brewery has a team of 10 people, producing around 5,500 hectoliters annually, with beers distributed in Italy and key international markets.
