Established in 2000 Granex today is the largest producer of sunflower seeds and halva in the Baltic States. With a team of 100 employees, 15,000 sq.m. production facility, and constant innovation the company has developed some more product lines to date and gained very positive customer response to their dry breakfast snacks and other sweet snacks (nuts, pumpkin seeds, popcorns, crunch biscuits, brittles, wafers) innovations. Today the company provides to the market 80+ products under 10 brands across 5 product lines in a variety of packaging options as well as under 14 private-label branding. In its’ home market Granex owns 60% of the market and the products are distributed in all major retail chains in Lithuania. The company’s products could be also found in leading retail chains across Europe, including Kaufland (belongs to Schwarz Group – TOP1 retailer in Europe), Tesco (TOP3 retailer), Iki (belongs to REWE – TOP7 retail group in Europe), etc. The products have been tried so far and are distributed in 23 global markets, including Europe, Asia, Africa, and the USA. The company is in the process of developing a distributor’s network and increase of production capacity to take another step of growth.
