Gránit Asset Management (formerly Diófa AM) is a dynamically growing asset management company founded in 2009. It currently manages approximately EUR 3000 million in assets for institutional and retail clients. Real estate investments are of central importance to the company, whose total portfolio comprises 310 thousand square metres of high-quality properties, including exclusive A-category office buildings business parks, rental apartments, the Shopmark shopping centre, and a nationwide strip mall network. The company manages Hungary’s 3rd largest retail real estate fund, the 'Magyar Posta Takarék Real Estate Investment Fund', whose portfolio has recently expanded to include international assets as well. Gránit Asset Management is strongly committed to ESG principles, as demonstrated by the energy classifications and green certifications of its buildings. The company also pursues its “5B Strategy”, aimed at building a regional office portfolio across Budapest, Bucharest, Belgrade, Vienna, and Bratislava, with existing properties already in place in the first three cities.
