Launching Granit-Polus Ltd. in 1994 brought an unexceptional new venture on the Hungarian property development market. Opening Pólus Center in 1996 provided Hungary with its first American-style mall, followed by the strategically located four-towered Bank Center. The office complex in the middle of the bank district has been considered as a landmark since the ‘90s. This unique local understanding, expertise, and entrepreneurial spirit brought further developments in the Hungarian and Central-European property market. Recognizing the need and meeting the challenges of the rapid expansion, the TriGranit group of companies was formed. Due to its internationally esteemed owners, conservative management, and success-driven staff, the company has been championing the property market for decades. The GRANIT-POLUS GROUP was founded in 2015 by owners and management of the former TriGranit group of companies.
