Grappling With Life is a non-profit organisation focused on working with children and young people who face disadvantages and live in urban communities, through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu teaching and other martial arts and mentoring programmes.
Our goal is to help at-risk youth learn and improve in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. This will also improve their physical and mental health, support cognitive development, and teach them the values of discipline, respect, and perseverance.
