Seeds are very high in nutrients and when a plant is young, like microgreens, these nutrients are in high density. As the plant gets larger, the nutrients become diluted. The list includes macronutrients (vitamins and antioxidants), as well as phytochemicals such as sulforaphanes. They are also rich in oxygenating oils, making them extremely useful in cosmetics. We grow a wide variety of these healthy, tasty, and extraordinarily sustainable vegetables, such as sunflower, pea, radish, and amaranth microgreens, with more coming soon.
