Founded by Don Fountain after being frustrated with the service in the hosting industry, Gravity Servers was created with a mission to bring fully managed, enterprise class hosting services, including monitoring, DNS clusters, cloud computing and high performance SAN storage, to small to mid-level businesses and customers, including public and private clouds to individuals. Enterprise level products at price-conscious prices, without sacrificing support. Don believes that as a business, you are beholden to your customers: they are the foundation of everything you do, everything you make, and they provide your paycheck every single week. You see, at Gravity Servers, we have this wild and crazy idea that if we looked at our business as only being successful if you are successful, then everything else falls into place. We treat you and your business, or your servers, as if they were our servers out there on the Internet, serving our customers, because that whole concept is intrinsicly tied into our own success. We believe that if we give you a bad experience, with servers constantly down, a slow network, terrible support, and just an overall bad experience, then we’ll get more than just a bad review … you’re not going to want to stay with us, because it makes you look bad and affects your bottom line. Remember, it all comes down to one thing: one person, on the Internet, trying to get to your site and learn or do something. If that can't happen, then we have failed.
