Graytone was founded in 2000 to spearhead a group of companies specialising in the distribution of products and coatings to the aerospace and defence industries. Graytone’s mission is to develop a European network. To this end, it provides financial and management support, and equity finance to acquire and develop companies in aerospace, defence, industrial and marine. Today, the group has expanded its activities into maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO), packaging, adhesives, composites and energy. The core capabilities of the group are sales, marketing, distribution and logistical solutions for hazardous goods and coating materials within Europe. Current companies within the group are Paint Services Group Ltd (PSG), Pexa Ltd and Andpak Ltd - a joint venture with US specialist packaging contractor Andpak Inc.
