GRC Agent offers a platform that allows governance, risk, compliance and human resources professionals to unlock the data resident in corporate IT infrastructure, so that they can best execute towards their charters. GRC Agent first enables non-forensic professionals to image endpoints even while maintaining chain of custody and admissibility. The images are then hosted on the cloud where containerized routines enable access to files, browser history, VoIP or SMSoIP apps like Skype, presence of shadow IT like Dropbox or non-corporate email, or a number of other basic forensic capabilities. The imaging and data processing/access capabilities offered by GRC Agent enable significant reductions in investigation cost and turn around time, but more importantly enable best practices such as including imaging as part of the exit interview process. Imaging a departing employee's corporate endpoint is the best way to insure recourse should future misbehavior be uncovered, or even just as a data preservation safeguard.
