Great Minds Clinic is owned and run by Debbie Daltrey who is passionate about helping people to gain confidence, self-esteem and positivity. She does this by helping you to manage anxiety and stress, phobias, depression, weight management and other such obstacles in your life which are holding you back or bringing you down. By using a variety of proven tools and techniques (including Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Hypnotherapy, NLP, EFT and Counselling) Debbie helps clients to help themselves by changing negative thought patterns to positive, helping to create confidence, positivity, a sense of calm, and that wonderful feeling of being in-control again. She is a professionally accredited Solution Focused Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master NLP Practitioner & NLP Life Coach, EFT Practitioner, and supervisor to other hypnotherapists. She's also a registered counsellor with The British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and the founder of Great Minds Clinic. She has a BA (Hons) for Counselling with Brief Interventions from Lancaster University, and a senior lecturer in solution focused hypnotherapy. Debbie trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) in 2009, and ever since she’s been increasing her qualifications with the latest techniques in: - Hypnotherapy - Coaching - Time Line Therapy (TLT) - Client-Centred counselling - Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) She trained in Solution focused hypnotherapy because it combines psychotherapy with hypnotherapy.
