Great Wall Property is a privately-owned property investment company based in Wigan, UK. We exist to support those who want to make their money work for them by sourcing properties that can yield high rates of return as Buy-to-Lets, HMOs, or as development projects. We also exist to support those with property challenges who need a route out for whatever reason. We believe in ethical business that supports the community and the people within it, not taking advantage of those in unfortunate situations. As true Wiganers we love our hometown. We value its history, culture, and especially its architecture. Our goal is to work with investors, the council, and strategic partners, to preserve the historic and beautiful buildings of our region and bring them back in to use so that the next generation can enjoy them too. We also harbour a strong goal to bring the many empty homes in our area, and further afield, back into loving use for grateful families. As much as we love our hometown, we also keep our eyes out around the North West for great opportunities and are more than willing to talk to partners of all types, including builders, lenders, and more.
