Greater Annapolis Design District

We are an organization of home build + design professionals in the Annapolis region. We offer the best networking opportunities for those in the industry and must-have resources for clients. Established in 2007, the Greater Annapolis Design District (Greater ADD) is a growing nonprofit organization representing the strength and value of the design build industry in the Annapolis area. The Greater ADD Member Directory is a comprehensive resource for anyone embarking on a building, renovation or home improvement project. Please see our website at www.annapolisdesigndistrict.com. While the hub of the "Design District" remains off Chinquapin Round Road in Annapolis, the organization is not confined to a geographic location. The diverse locations of Greater ADD Members and the building services/products and resources offered throughout Annapolis and beyond necessitated a name change in 2019 to the Greater Annapolis Design District. Our Members are property owners, retailers, trades, and design/build firms, as well as businesses that support other small businesses in the area.
