A two-month development program with a climax of the program being The Great Minds Challenge which is a three-day world class program under the Theme the Future is Now, and will focus on New Generation Leadership, Sustainability and Innovation for creative Future Proof Solutions.
This is a One month prior to the Great Minds Challenge, participants will be working with renown business experts and coaches to develop their impact plans and personal projects. Together with our knowledge partner, The United States International University Africa (USIU-A) a special tool will be used to strengthen the impact plan and align it to your company’s vision of sustainability and future proof solutions.
In one month after the challenge all the participants will work on the implementation and execution of their impact plans, and further coaching, dissemination of knowledge and inspiration will be continuously offered to accompany the participant to implement their impact plans.
