Focused on the residential and mixed-use sectors, as well as the specialist areas of care/retirement, strategic land and PRS investment, Greatwave has quickly established a reputation within the marketplace for delivering outstanding results. Since the beginning of 2021 we have transacted on behalf of clients and joint venture partners on over £70m of land. This equates to 1,250 residential homes, currently progressing through the planning system with a projected gross development value of £750m. We have significant in-house expertise, supplemented by a highly experienced advisory team. This gives Greatwave the capabilities required to optimise all aspects of the development process, starting from site identification and securing favourable planning consents through to successful disposals. We are currently engaged on a portfolio of exciting projects, however our appetite for new challenges is insatiable.
