Hydroponic farming is an emerging multi-billion industry, heavily invested by NASA for over 40 years, as an efficient method for growing tasty vegetables using few resources. Hydroponic farming is the solution for the increased food demand by 2050, where population is expected to increase to 9.1 billion and food prodcution requirement to 70%. Fine dining restaurants in the US already grow plants in store.
