Green Dwell Co., Ltd was established in May 2009, providing design-built and consultancy services for buildings with sustainable design intents in Thailand. The firm was formed with the intent to take the ideas of green architecture to the next level by integrating design ideas proposal along with verifi cation of design concepts through technical computer simulation tools, for example, energy consumption, solar radiation, daylighting, or wind access to make sure that green ideas as conceptualized can be truly realized. The consulting services of GreenDwell involves collaborating with project owner or design fi rms pursuing sustainable design projects or green building rating system such as LEED and TREES. Simulation tools are used to verify target energy or related environmental performance achievement.
