Our family business began serving the electrical needs of Geelong in 1944 - 100 years after the birth of Thomas Edison. You can still find the original R T Nichols Electrics stamp in switchboards across Geelong (although the phone number 91784 is no longer active!).
Robert Taylor Nichols began R T Nichols Electrics Pty Ltd in 1944 operating from premises in Yarra Street, Geelong which has since been demolished to make way for Westfield. His son Robert William Nichols inherited the business in 1988 with his grandson Robbie Nichols making the change to Green Earth Electrical in 2008. Robbie's son James Nichols has just started his apprenticeship taking us into our fourth generation of electricians.
Robbie has over 25 years of personal experience working with clients throughout the Geelong region and ensures our team are committed to the culture that was set by his grandfather over 70 years ago.
Our team is dedicated to providing our clients with old fashion service and up to date advice on technologies that help maintain a healthy earth and budget.
