We have been handling factory facing communications, ensuring that labour, ethical and environmental standards are met and maintained. GreenGrade’s clear-cut objective is to reduce the dangers associated with ethical and safety non-compliance. With offices in London and Dhaka, we deliver solutions for effective training and audit management to factories, enhancing their performance on a continuous basis. UpSkill (our latest project) is an innovative e-learning platform set to boost knowledge of social compliance within the Bangladeshi garment sector, especially factory managers. The UpSkill platform is flexible, accessible and user-friendly for all. Prior knowledge of ethical compliance is not necessary, and the system can measure the actual understanding of the participants in real-time. UpSkill allows students to learn at their own pace through an interactive process which is challenging, fun and engaging, allowing them to access the course at their convenience. Managers can choose either a web based learning, through a desktop computer that is linked to the internet, or they may opt for a tablet computer learning, with a pre-loaded UpSkill app. A country based Customer Service Centre will provide assistance on technical and course material issues that any trainee or prospective user will have.
