Founded Green Jar in 2016 as a fully integrated, organic medical cannabis company based in San Diego, CA. Bootstrapped the business from the ground up to over $2M in annual revenue. Operated three cultivation sites spanning coastal greenhouses, inland mountain farms, and desert terrain near Temecula. Our cultivation approach prioritized regenerative agriculture, using no-till farming techniques, living soil, and fully organic inputs. All operations were powered by solar energy, designed for a net-zero carbon footprint, and built on a closed-loop system with recycled materials, composted ocean byproducts, and manure-based fertilizers. Green Jar offered a boutique product line including terpene-rich flower, tinctures, edibles, concentrates, and topicals. We also grew thousands of pounds of vegetables annually and cultivated organic wine grapes. Packaging was 100% recyclable, sold with a refundable deposit to promote reuse. Green Jar was built to reflect sustainability, quality, and transparency at every level of the supply chain.
