Hi! I’m Mana. Ever since I saw the movie ‘inconvenient truth’ by former Vice President Al Gore I wanted to do something about global warming and climate change. I am a mother of two and I worry about the kind of world we are handing over to our children. After working in my family business for over 20 years I got an opportunity to put into action this desire to do something about climate change Green Practices is my attempt to fight climate change or at least to reduce its effect on future generations Here we offer eco friendly products and services Our main products currently are our Ganpati idols, Organic Holi Colours and Daily Dump's home and community composters. In services we are offer waste pick up services, we are authorised vendors of BMC and we help reduce the waste going to landfills. Mumbai send 7000 tonnes of waste daily to Deonar this is creating a havoc environmentally We pick up wet and dry waste daily from societies, corporates and retail chains. We compost the food waste and recycle the dry waste achieveing zero waste to landfill
