Green Range Capital is a search fund seeking to acquire a light manufacturing company with at least $1M in EBITDA. For business owners: We look for businesses with a long track record of profitability who are facing a succession issue and are seeking a trusted partner to take their business to the next stage of growth. Typically we like owners to retain a small equity rollover, however this is not mandatory. For Investors: We partner with family offices, network funds and high net worth individuals who provide acquisition capital. We typically seek check sizes of $100K to $2M from our investment partners. About our founder & CEO: Ryan Wright is a experienced business operator with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing operations across several sectors including aerospace & defense, commercial semiconductor, renewable energy & storage systems as well as smart metering and connectivity.
