ABOUT GREEN STEM EDUCATIONAL AND CHARITABLE FOUNDATION Green Stem Educational and Charitable Foundation (Reg. No. 181088) is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) created by some Nigerian scholars to work collaboratively to contribute to the Nigerian society. Our core objective is to create platforms, programmes, and opportunities to promote research, innovations, and commercialisation of innovations. Most members are from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) backgrounds but we seek to promote interdisciplinary, transdisciplinary, and multidisciplinary projects/programmes. This is because, globally, research proved that broader impacts and benefits usually come from works that are multidisciplinary. Can research go beyond academia and influence the economy, quality of life, the environment, culture, health, government policies, and services? Absolutely yes, and this is our driving force. Our organisation is open to passionate and committed individuals who can promote or advocate for the industrialisation of Nigeria through research, innovations, and commercialisation of innovations.
