At Green Tree Therapy, our solution focused approach helps people to move forwards in their lives. Our services range from one-to-one therapy for individuals to personalised coaching sessions to tailored solution focused training for health, education and social care professionals. Green Tree Therapy was set up by owner Alexandra Ashida in 2018. Alex heads up a small, carefully selected team of experienced practitioners who specialise in solution focused practice. Our team works in partnership with health, education and social care organisations. We train and support professionals to use solution focused approaches with the adults and young people they work with. From our base in Derby, we work with clients across the East Midlands, Yorkshire and further afield.
