GREEN3D is a pioneering startup in sustainable manufacturing. Our mission is to revolutionize the Aerospace, Automotive, and Furniture industries with our innovative 3D-printed components and groundbreaking filament development.
The startup was born out of a successful H2020 project CREATOR (www.creatorproject.eu) and is setting to disrupt traditional manufacturing practices by introducing eco-friendly solutions that reduce waste and promote a circular economy.
At the core of GREEN3D's breakthrough is its development of a filament made entirely from recycled plastic, starting but not limited to ABS and PET. Through extensive research and cutting-edge technology, with the crucial support of CREATOR’s partners, namely Centexbel, Coolrec and Fraunhofer Institute, GREEN3D has successfully transformed waste into a high-quality filament that meets rigorous industry standards for strength, durability, and sustainability.
This innovative approach not only addresses the urgent need for reducing plastic waste but also provides a viable alternative to traditional manufacturing materials.
