We've identified a critical gap in leadership and decision-making spaces, where diverse perspectives are lacking. Too often, the experiences and insights of women and girls impacted by climate change are excluded from mainstream systems and structures. Our mission is to intentionally and systematically champion the inclusion of these voices, empowering women to step into leadership roles in climate action and policy, so they can share their own stories and shape solutions. Beyond this core mission, we’re cultivating a dynamic climate community—bringing together advocates, organizations, and changemakers to collaborate, innovate, and drive sustainable transformation.
