The GreenChips-EDU project aims to address skill shortages and gaps in microelectronics, with a focus on green chips. The project offers a range of degree programs and self-standing modules for new engineering students and also for specialists.
An international project led by TU Graz brings together 15 universities, companies and research institutions with the aim of training urgently needed specialists for the semiconductor industry.
