Green Diamond International

Green Diamond International was founded in 2002 in Afghanistan to support the U.S. Army’s efforts to foster peace and prosperity in the region. Green Diamond International has made significant contributions to Afghanistan's development as a leading company in the design and construction of civil infrastructure projects. In 2009, the company expanded to California and merged with local Afghan companies HBCC, MBCC, and Al Hooti, which was based in Dubai, UAE. This merger led to the formation of Green Diamond International, with its headquarters initially located in Afghanistan. However, following the U.S. military withdrawal in 2021, Green Diamond had to cease operations in Afghanistan. The company continued its operations in California, USA, as its leadership and employees were evacuated to the United States. In 2024, Green Diamond International re-established its headquarters in Washington State with a renewed mission. The company aims to serve nationwide and International markets, showcasing its expertise in Transportation and Aviation Construction Services, Building Information Modeling (BIM), engineering consultation, environmental sustainability, and resilience. Green Diamond International is dedicated to improving the quality of life worldwide by ensuring customer satisfaction.
