Green Factory - Life

LIFE Project Number: LIFE19 ENV/IT/000185 Green Factory is about air purification on the factory floor. It is a LIFE co-funded project, led by Losma SPA and involving FAE and MAEL, with three companies in the area of Bergamo. A system to be designed by the Beneficiaries and installed in the MAEL metal factory, tested and validated in the due course of the project duration 2020-2023. The Green Factory project aims at reducing fine particulate matter (PM), heavy dusts and aerosol, and to neutralise viruses (including SARS-CoV2), bacteria and spores, as well as dangerous Volatile OrganicCompounds (VOCs), through an electronic detective and control system. Losma manufactures air and coolant flirtation systems, FAE Technology provides electronics engineering and manufacturing services and added-value activities, MAEL is involved in the production of stamped metal components and supplies integrated system for sheet metal forming. PMs concentration reduction in metal factories through the use of an energy-saving electronic detective system.
