Greenjoules is a Renewable-energy company in the business of manufacturing environment friendly 2nd Generation Biofuels (Diesel-like and Petrol-like) with agro-Industrial wastes using technology, fully developed in India. Greenjoules Pvt Ltd, (www.greenjoules.in) incorporated in 2018 and registered under Start-up India. Registered under the “Start-up India” program and an incubatee of Science & Tech Park (Pune), Greenjoules has Bio-refinery plants in Chakan, Pune and Rasayani, near Mumbai. About 2G Advanced Biofuel: • This fuel meets with the standards for High Speed Diesel in India (BIS: 1460). Ultra-low on Sulphur, it already surpasses BIS VI standards. • It has the highest GHG footprint reduction capability. At less than 25 gms CO2 per Eq. Km, Our manufacturing process also produces by-products that are Petrol-like and LPG-like fuels. They can be used to blend in petrol and in the LPG Supply Chain respectively. One more interesting by-product is Biochar that can be used as a fertilizer. It can be further refined into valuable silica and activated carbon. Both can be used in a variety of industries. Greenjoules is proudly run by Indian entrepreneurs with a vision of “Re-modelling waste to power the future”. Greenjoules is working on alternate Agro wastes such as Paddy straw, Rice husk etc. with a view to alleviate farmer’s pain of their disposal. Based on regional availability of raw materials, Greenjoules plans to expand its operations across India. Our plants have been designed modularly for decentralized production, permitting seamless and inclusive growth.
