Greenleaf Support Services has been a registered NDIS service provider since 2015, offering highest level of care to support people with disabilities. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals and their families, creating an inclusive, supportive environment across metropolitan Adelaide, the Adelaide Hills, and the Murraylands, with offices in Stirling and Hampstead Gardens. Founded by healthcare professionals and inclusion advocates, Greenleaf is driven by our core values of Advocacy, Empowerment, Excellence, Inclusivity, and Integrity. Our vision is to foster a society where everyone has the opportunity to thrive equally. We are dedicated to promoting personal growth and independence through services that empower people with disabilities. These include Supported Independent Living (SIL), Accommodation Services (STA/MTA), Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA), In-Home Care, Social and Community Participation, Community Nursing, Continence Advisory Services, as well as additional services such as Transport, Cleaning, and Gardening.
