GreenRidge Foundation was created to develop an excellent pro bono culture amongst corporate professional services firms, and drive economic transformation across Africa, by leveraging on technology. We offer a model that allows Law Firms in Nigeria and Africa to leverage on technology to identify MSMEs and startups in Africa that require legal and business support, and to place themselves in positions to help them. Free Legal Assistance: We assist vision-driven entrepreneurs and Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) access top-notch and excellent free legal services, by connecting them with leading corporate law firms/ lawyers who guide them through legal and regulatory complexities and help them attain stability and sustainable progress. Impact through Organized Pro Bono: Through our platform, lawyers and law firms across Nigeria and Africa are able to seamlessly make cognizable and traceable impact in their communities, without having to undertake the burden of organizing a robust internal pro bono structure. We assist lawyers build trust within their communities. Unlocking Opportunities: Africa is home to innumerable entrepreneurs with deep passion for innovation and transformation, and we provide a platform for discovery of these entrepreneurs and unlocking endless opportunities for investment in greatness. Training: At the core of our vision is the sustainability of African entrepreneurship, and we acknowledge that knowledge is key to this, hence or commitment to equipping entrepreneurs through training and workshops, with the requisite knowledge to build a global business from an African perspective, only then will the goal of developing true African entrepreneurs be achieved
