I work with clients that want to challenge their organisation and their way of working. I assist the leadership team in managing the uncertainty, resistance and pressure from stakeholders of the status quo. Clients know why their organisation needs to be challenged but look for how to do this. The need for change can manifest itself in varied ways – designing a new strategy, creating a culture change, encouraging new behaviours, innovating, implementing a reorganisation. In supporting my clients, I use with my team a combination of advisory work, team facilitation, group and individual coaching and leadership development programmes built around three themes: • Architecture - Designing the case for change • Ecosystem - Mapping the structures, roles, stakeholders impacted by the change • Movement - Shifting patterns of collaboration to generate movement toward the desired change
