Greentech Construction Sdn Bhd was established in 2nd August 2009 in Sungai Petani, Kedah, core business as building construction services from design, build and project management.
Greentech concern on Triple Bottom Line (TBL) consist of 3Ps; People, Planet, Profits which aims to measure the social, environmental and financial performance for company sustainability.
With the 3Ps, Greentech is always deliver the best quality services to clients and emphasizing on eco-friendly construction works to the environment. Greentech expertized in the building construction method so called Conventional Construction Method and Industrial Building System (IBS) Precast Technology with minimum in- situ works which believe will be create more value to our clients in terms of saving time and money, also benefits to the environment by more predictable construction period and produces lesser material wastages.
As present, Greentech has registered as a rank G7 IBS Precast Contractor on Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) and successfully completed numerous of projects by applying the IBS Precast Technology in Industrial, Commercial, Housing, Schools and Hospital building. With the successes from the IBS projects, Greentech is now also moving towards the path of developing the own design on-site casting precast components.
