Who are we?
Greenwich PCN Alliance is spearheaded by four distinguished General Practitioners, collectively bringing over 75 years of experience in general practice within the borough. As Clinical Directors of Blackheath and Charlton PCN, Heritage PCN, Unity PCN, and Eltham Health PCN, they oversee a combined patient list of over 190,000 across more than 20 practices. We take pride in our ability to successfully collaborate closely with neighbourhood providers to ensure the availability of essential clinical resources for all patient groups, enhancing the overall healthcare delivery in the community.
