After over a decade of experience competing in multiple Olympic Games, and learning from the world’s best athletes and coaches, we have decided to share the knowledge and expertise that we have acquired over the years. Gregson Running offers an exclusive individualised online coaching experience where runners are able to be involved in a private training set-up where they are guided step-by-step to achieve their running goals. Through joining Gregson Running, runners are able to find a coaching environment that best suits them so that they can improve their running, and become accountable with their training with unlimited access and continual feedback from their coaches. Where we differ from other online coaching companies who have several coaches in their clientele, when you join Gregson Running, you will only ever be coached by us. Gregson Running is strictly limited in size in order for us to be able to give runners the time and focus they deserve in order to achieve their goals.
