At Greig & Stephenson, architecture and market retail design is our passion. We bring to all our projects over 20 years of dedicated imagination, enthusiasm and professionalism. We emphasise an analytical rather than a stylistic approach to our projects, enabling us to effectively balance the demands of the client, the end-user and the specific physical context. From our unique design process, the visual elements grow naturally while allowing the imagination to be constantly challenged and enhanced by a sense of the physical reality. Greig & Stephenson was founded by Ken Greig and Nigel Stephenson in 1994, and works with major developers globally from Schiphol Real Estate in the Netherlands to Link Reit in Hong Kong. Other client types include institutional property funds, major high street retailers, private clients and charitable trusts. On projects such as Leeds Market, London’s Borough Market, and Preston Market we demonstrated how the right strategy can not only bring new life and profitability to old and neglected markets, but also how it can reinvigorate the surrounding communities and environment. Our commercial projects include retail developments, both new-build commissions and refurbishments, urban regeneration schemes, and commercial interiors.
