GRENECO develop and implement own technology into operation to turn the waste problem into income. GRENECO technology is a low-temperature thermo-cemical decomposition process inside a rotating reactor without oxygen. Greneco technology allows to recycle plastic and rubber waste into fuel oil, technical carbon, gas and metal which can be used for the further production of heat and electricity. Greneco has good experience in rubber processing and many experiments and tests have been conducted on plastic processing. To date, a technology has been developed that allows to process various types of plastic - (HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS, ABS) Processing results is fuel oil, industrial carbon black, and combustible gas. All these products are in demand in the market. Greneco's business plan for building a pyrolysis tire recycling plant got support by the Horizon 2020 European Foundation and was recommended as an innovative project that received the highest praise from the foundation’s experts (our project is marked as Seal of Excellence) (The project proposal 766873, UP-TYRE, SME instrument phase 2), in the first phase of the project we received a support by funding from the Horizon 2020 fund for the technological innovations copyright registration (Report made by Coutandin & Wacker Unternehmensberatung Par tnerschaft, UP-TYRE-GA683531) We propose solution to turning plastic waste into the money Greneco low-temperature thermal decomposition technology provides access competitive raw materials to fuel production and energy generation. We have own know-how created and under the EU certification. One of the advantages of the project is the low, almost nonexistent, cost of marketing and sales. Whole the plant’s products will be easily consumed by the energy industry.
