I'm committed to making a difference in people's lives by providing exceptional customer service and a personalized approach to every client's physical rehabilitation or fitness journey. I aim to inspire and motivate my clients to achieve their health and fitness goals and adopt a healthier lifestyle they can maintain long term. I have helped elite athletes achieve their World Championship goals which included the gold medal as well. Over the years I helped thousands of patients recover from injuries or helped patients manage degenerative diseases. Through my guidance, I have helped them enjoy a functional life again and my success rate is phenomenal. I have written several articles for various South African health and fitness magazines and over the years, I have also been on TV shows as an expert in my field.
