We teach a wide range of classes including mainstream T'ai Chi & Chi Kung and specially adapted classes for people and organisations with particular need. We work closely with local health care providers.
Principle teacher Mike Tabrett has over 30 years experience and has been made an honorary vice president of the T'ai ChI Union for Great Britain in recognition of his work in developing exercises for people with extra needs.
Our other teacher, Faradena Afifi is also a community musician and frequently combines her music sessions with T'ai Chi in therapeutic settings.
We also teach the mainstream arts of T'ai chi including meditative and martial aspects
