Pakistan, being the 5th youth populous country in the world, has infinite potential. But unfortunately, this potential has not been materialized yet due to lack of career guidance and professional development opportunities for youth. Primary factor of this situation is the gap between university and academia, where both entities, understandably, have altogether different objectives of their existence. University has an obligation to society for development, whereas industry has an obligation to its shareholders for financial returns. In this background, GreyMind is conceived to bridge the gaps between university and industry for sake of student development. GreyMind replicates the industry structure within the university, so the students experience and learn the dynamics of the professional life before actually entering the job market.
