Grey Space+

Grey Space Architecture designs enabling communities for vulnerable people. We engage closely and work collaboratively with the market - to provide advisory, design and drafting services to developers and operators of accommodation for people with severe disabilities, are frail or vulnerable financially. Projects are residential aged care, small homes for people with dementia, SDA, independent and supported living communities as well as the associated retail and commercial spaces that will often prove appropriate to the development size, resident age and site location. Through project-based collaborations, intensive investigation and research, focussed experience, sector networking and a variety of advisory services, we provide our dedicated expertise to add to traditionally delivered architecture services, with an in-depth and efficient approach to delivery for Disabled, Ageing and Vulnerable residents.
