Founded by Matthew Nicholas and Charbel Abousleiman, Greyfield is a data-driven retail property advisory business creating value-uplift solutions for and on behalf of landlords via off market leasing, repositioning and management of shopping centres, large format retail assets and main road commercial sites. Greyfield manages over $620,000,000 of retail assets and works exclusively off-market and with the top 500 blue-chip retail tenants, multi site operators and national brands only. We do not believe in online marketing and signboards. Instead, we only use data analytics to find gaps in tenant network plans and facilitate their growth in locations they are un-represented. Being valuation driven, our transformations speak directly to the total uplift we can create, what we call the Greyfield ROI.
