Greyston uses Open Hiring®, which means we start baking without resumes, interviews, or background checks. We get training and a chance to prove ourselves on the job.
The result? We care about the work we do, bake largely by hand, and use only the most wholesome ingredients, like fair-trade cocoa powder and pure cane sugar.
Our brownies are so rich and chocolatey, so moist and fudgy, that Ben & Jerry’s® mixes them into their Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream!
