GRH is a privately held company specialising in property investments and asset management. We invest in quality income-producing assets at discounts to replacement cots. The asset performance is improved through efficient management, which results in solid returns and strong economic assets to communities. All of which has been successfully achieved by relationship building across the industry with services providers, joint ventures and long-term partnerships. Currently all of the properties are managed by a full-service broker, Karen Smith Inc.
