Grid Solutions Corporation

Grid Solutions, Inc. is a privately held utilities application company whose mission is to provide municipalities and co-op utility companies with the ability to work with their customers to manage their use of electricity so that their overall costs and consumption are reduced. Through load balancing, storage, managing the amount of energy used in the home and via user preference levels and forecasting tools, preferred renewable energy sources can be better utilized. Grid Solutions is currently working with Vineyard Power and the Vineyard Energy Project, along with the GE Smart Appliances Division and the DOE to develop and build a residence-based load balancing system.
