We work with clients to define and build their Board, Organizational, Human Resources, and Equity and Inclusion strategies, to build a road map that will develop and create a healthy and sustainable culture. We develop executive, board and organization compensation strategies that align both with corporate strategy, regulatory and public company requirements. We provide strategic and advisory Human Resources services to board of directors, CEOs, and senior leadership teams on matters such as organization structure and transformation, communication strategies, acquisition and integration and growth strategies, human capital planning, succession planning and executive, leadership, and team development to ensure alignment with business strategy. We facilitate strategy planning, operational effectiveness, and leadership sessions. We have a deep knowledge and understanding of Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity through lived experiences and working with vulnerable and racialized communities. We develop and execute on strategies with our clients and partners through inclusive Talent Management strategies, Leadership Development, Culture Assessments and Focus Groups, Speaking Circles, Interactive Awareness programs and webinars, and Accessibility strategies focused on identifying and eliminating systemic racism issues, physical, and technological barriers to foster an inclusive, equitable, and respectful workspace environments.
