In 2013 we took the opportunity of starting a new business to fundamentally redesign how an IT company should interact with its customers and partners. By implementing 'Design Thinking' into our business DNA we took an honest and transparent approach to Gridserve, demonstrating to customers that true partnership enabled both parties to flourish.
The customer knowledge gap, that often provides a 'way in' for IT companies, is treated very differently by Gridserve; we start by empowering the customer so that they know the questions to ask whilst fully understanding the requirements, from both short and long term perspectives. This approach allows our customers to more clearly compare offerings that will fulfill their needs, highlighting how different Gridserve is as a potential IT partner.
Gridserve was born out of a desire to demonstrate how a business didn't need to be purely focused on profit to be profitable. By engaging more fully with customers, putting us in their 'shoes' and more accurately understanding the knowledge gap, Gridserve continues to show ongoing true value for money.
